April 5, 1974 in Shreveport, LA Both were buried in Deadwood Cemetery, Deadwood, TX Mr. Mixon (who d. at Longstreet, LA ) followed sawmill work for several years in Winn Parish, LA , where his first three children were born, then moved to Deadwood, Texas, where he continued sawmilling until after his 65th birthday.
