He founded the B&M Termite Company at his home town, Steens, MS (Near Columbus). He has now retired but some sons are carrying on the business. On Jan. 2, 1927 he, m. in Marion County, Alabama, Jessica Northington - b. Feb. 8, 1910, d. Dec. 17, 1983, dau. of Robert Hugh and Lucinda Borden Northington.  Both bur. Rudicell Cemetery, Marion County, AL.
