Y001 JESSE WILLIAM YAWN

 

Note: Although not a Mixson descendant, the Yawn’s are connected to my family, so I included the following for reference. After the death of my grandfather, Jesse William Yawn, married my grandmother Rosalie Anderson Mixson (see #842). Jessie’s son Billy Yawn#Y005. married a Betty Dixon#FE042 who is a descendant of the Mixson family. Billy Yawn went to Reddick High School with my father, Morris Mixson. Betty and Billy were lifetime friends of my father and mother.

 

Jesse William Yawn, s. of Elvin Louis Yaw and Mollie (Nellie) Small, was b. Jul 12, 1895, d. Nov 4, 1978, m. Cora Mae Stapleton, b. 1899, d. 1963. Both bur. Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery, Shiloh, Marion County, FL. Jesse m. (2) July 21, 1965 to Rosalie Anderson Mixson (see #842)
