Paintings

Painting I have done over the years begining with the first one I did in 1970.  All are done in acrylic.

Door to the unknown, My fist painting. 1970

Your Move
1970
I gave this to my brother in the '80's but he loaned it back to me and it now hangs in my living room.

Welcome
1974

Storm on the Bay
1974
Scene from a camping trip on St. George's Island in the panhandle of Florida.

Enlightenment
~1975
Orginally full title was "Enlightenment of the Silver Magnatoid" but then I shorted it to just Enlightenment after people kept asking what is a Magnatoid. I consider this my favorite painting.

Juggler at Mallory Square
1979
Scene from Key West where I went scuba diving with a friend Craig. Craig and his wife are sitting on the dock. Hangs over my bed with frame I made to match the bed.

Sunrise
1979
Imaginary sunrise sceen from appartment overlooking the beach. I had a rug like in the painting and always wanted a roll top desk. Hangs over my bed.

Beach - 2020
After many years of not painting I was inspired to do so as a result of COVID19.

Flamingo - 2020
The art studio partially reopened with "Take-out paintings" in which they provided the paint, canvas and a how-to video.

Northern Lights - 2020
Art studio reopened for in studio painting lessons which I went to to show support.
