Hi Honey,

You’ll have to forgive me for not writing today or that is not mailing a letter.  I was planning on writing at work but they kept me to busy.  Last night I went to prayer meeting and then me, Monroe & Frankie wet over to Williston.  Monroe has a car now, a 38 ford.

Talking of cars I looked at one today I would like to have.  It’s a 41 ford convertible and is a cream color.  It sure is pretty.  If I can get some money out of my car I’m going to get it.  Its going to cost as much as the car’s worth to fix it so I’m going to try to sell it to the man that ran into me.  Jimmie look at it before he had his fixed and was crazy or not trading.  They sure offer him a big price for his.

Tell Sue I can’t keep an eye on Jimmie now because he’s in Ocala now working for the Funeral Home.  Wouldn’t you like to work around dead people. I guess he’ll have a big time down there.  Jimmie didn’t say anything to me about going to Tampa or anywhere else.  He talks ahead of himself sometimes and you can’t tell when he’s telling the truth.  He likes to brag a lot too.  I think a lot of my cousin don’t I.  He’s a good boy though (when asleep)

Well good night Darling. I still love you.

Love Always
Morris

P.S.

Tell Sue Jimmie has a good line and she’d better make sure her anchor is tied on good.  He knows a lot of girls in Ocala.

Love
Morris
