Dearest Darling,

Here I am in study hall, and I finished my home work allready.  I’m  starting out this semester good.  We got our tests back in English today, and I made an A on my grammar, and 89 on my literature.   I was the second highest in the room on my literature.  Pretty good huh?     

Our glee club made a recording this morning.  It took nearly two periods.     

Darling I’m going to the game tomorrow night with Joyce, Bobby, and Francess Curl (Joyce’s sister).  Joyce is driving Dan’s (Bobby’s boyfriend) car up, and Wyndall and Dan are coming up after work.  I am coming home with Joyce & Wyndall.  So don’t worry.      

I still don’t know exactly about the fair yet so I’ll write you again.  Now I have an excuse to write to you, so don’t think I’m chasing you.  But if you would answer this, I would have an excuse to write.  But … if you don’t want to, its’ O.K. But I think I’ll hear from you at least once.  Bye now darling.
