Dearest Darling,

I didn’t get that letter you were supposed to write.  Maybe I’ll get it tomorrow and you didn’t get mine either.     

Darling it looks like the car is getter worse all the time.  Wish I could get it fixed now.  It sure does cost a lot to have one worked on.  Monroe traded his again and got a 51 Buick.  I don’t think it’s any better than the one he had.  I saw him Monday when I came in from work & we didn’t go any where.     

We have been pretty busy this week.  Second part of Summer School started Monday and its worse that the first part so far.     

Darling have you missed me this week.  Just think it won’t be too long before we’ll be together always.  Wish we were married now.  Just think when I come home from work I’ll se you every night.     

Darling I’ll see you Friday night so be good & remember I love you lots & lots.
