He and family are shown in Paulding County, GA in the 1880 census, and family records state that he m. Margaret Ann Welden, b. 1846, d. Dec 23, 1913, in Floyd County GA. 1866. Both bur. Pleasant Valley North Cemetery, Rome, Floyd County, GA.
