Hi Honey,
What do you know I got two letters today. It sure takes a long time for a letter to get here. One was mailed the 13th that’s five days. It didn’t take over six days for me to get a letter when I was overseas. I guess you are mad because I haven’t written a long letter yet, but I can think of a lot to write until I get started. You’ll have to excuse this paper only think I can find. Guess I’d better buy some.
By the “we” in my letter about going to the beach I meant the whole family and my grandmother. I sure had a load. There was seven not counting the baby.
Sat. before last I took the family to the show and last Sat. I went to bed.
Yea I bet you are lonesome with something going on every day and all those good looking boys around.
Honey I can’t think of anything else so good night. I love you. Write another time in the morning.
Good morning Sweetheart boy this sure is some paper I’m writing on. I wrote last night in bed and I can hardly read it this morning.
Do you love me this morning or have you forgot me.
Got to get his in the mail. Be good.
Love Always
Morris
P.S.
Guess I’ll go to church tonight or see what Jimmie is doing. I still
have on ----- of a cold.
