Dearest Morris
Well I got another letter this morning. Keep up the good work darling. I don’t know why it takes so long for my letters to get down there. I’ve been sending these last ones air mail. I get your letters the day after the next. Like you mail one Mon. and I get it Wed. You should have been very happy Mon. getting two letters. Why don’t you surprise me and let me get 2 letters one day?
Darling, you sound as if you are jealous. Are you? I thought I was the only one that was jealous. But I don’t care if you are. And these boys aren’t good looking! What about those good looking girls in Williston?
Oh, we-re leaving her Mon. morning. We catch a boat across Lake Mich. At Lundenton Mich. (about 100 miles from here) at 7 o’clock Mon. morning. So after you get this letter don’t write me any till I let you know the address in Wis.
This afternoon we went over to Green Lake. The kids went in swimming but it was kind of rainy so I didn’t go in.
So Jimmy got a job in the funeral house, huh? I’m glad you don’t work there!!!!
Darling excuse this writing but I’m writing in bed and my arm is tired. Gosh, maybe we’ll be home in 3 weeks. Won’t that be good? But you probably are having a good time without me. But I miss you like everything. I just hate Mich. I wouldn’t live here for anything. It actually seems like we’re been gone for 10 years.
Darling there isn’t anything else to write so I’ll close. For once no one has bothered me. But I’m up stairs on the bed, so they shouldn’t.
Love ya' aways
Barbara
P.S.
Honestly, I still love you.
