Dearest Darling,

   Honey just think it won’t be long before I won’t have to write you a letter.  I’ll have you beside me every nite.  We might not have much but we’ll have each other and a chance to get more and the fun of doing it together.  We’ll have more than some people do anyway.     

I guess they are going to draft some men but it won’t be me.  Boy they’re going to have a hard time proving there’s nothing wrong with me if they ever draft me.  I wonder if Jimmie got reclassified yet.  If he hasn’t they might call him first.     

Darling have you been good this week and not fuss back at every body.  Just remember it won’t be long before you won’t have anybody to fuss with but me and I’ll spank you if you do.     

Darling there’s not much to write about except I love you lots & lots.  See you Sat. be good until then and I guess you’ll be good then.
