Saturday about 10:30 am after devotions we all walked downtown again to shop. Morris and I took Kristopher and left the others. Morris got me a box of Mozart chocolates for Mother’s Day, I bought a little set of boy/girl Austrian dolls and a small wooden box with “Bad Ischl” on it.
Saturday afternoon after lunch we loaded up all the cars and took an hour drive up some 5,000 feet to a top of a mountain that still had lots of snow on it! We spent about one hour up there looking and waking around. At place the snow was pushed up over six feet. It was a warm sunny day and the snow was melting everywhere making little streams and rivers. It was a very beautiful sight to be up that high and to see for miles and miles and look across (so close) to other snow topped mountains.

Saturday afternoon we also took a tour of the Kaiser’s summer hunting place here in Bad Ischl. Of course there tour guide spoke German but she gave us a sheet describing it in English so that was interesting.
Saturday after supper and a short group meeting session we put all the children to bed (they were tired) then six of us got together and played Uno* until 11:99 p.m.!
