Well, hello to you too. I got my car back. It seems fine, although
I notice slight differences. Not quite as quiet as it was--I used
to not know it was even running (that is before the problems that is).
Maybe some of that will settle out. You're becoming a real part of
the jet set--at least within the U.S.A. Thanks for letting me know
what was up. I haven't written much.
I can't keep up with when you're at work (and you said you couldn't keep
up with it either). I've had enormous "home work" assignments in
Tax Law, but it is proving more interesting than I expected. I had
to make a decision about law school--it is getting harder or something.
I turned in all my library books, but only kept Hannibal, the new book
which is a follow up on Silence of the Lambs. I have been looking
forward to reading it for a long time, and decided it will be the only
book I'll read this semester--BUT for some reason I can't quite get into
it yet. I'm certain the waiting list for it is a mile long and I
won't be able to renew it, so maybe I'll try more some evening this
week. The CAR THING really got me off to a discombulated start for
this semester, BUT better now than at FINALS or something like that.
Have a good trip. Thanks for touching base. Elizabeth
P.S. We had our first real fall day today--it always makes me fully
appreciate how oppressive the heat has really been.
