Best Cocoa? I wouldn't know, the company provides coffee, tea and cocoa so I just drink the cocoa they provide, "Swiss Miss".  Sometimes I will put coffee in it instead of water if I need the extra pick up, it's the only way I'll drink coffee.  I do bring my own tea, usually Twinings Earl Grey.
