I need to check again to see what the dollar-pound exchange rate is.
Also, I need to definitely keep up my walking program. I have a
feeling that what the Scottish call easy walking might be a little bit
more rigorous that what the Americans call easy walking.
Three years of yoga. I thought you were in it longer, but still
that's pretty long. In my opinion, yoga is one of the best things
possible to be doing. In the mornings I've added a bit of
stretching after my workout, but have to be watchful as it pushes my
time to get back home and get to work.
Have you heard of Feldenkrais maneuvers. He claimed that everyone
should put their body through a full range of motion exercise and
stretch for each joint everyday. The movements are simple. I
was thinking this morning I might try to find some books again on it.
He said it promoted awareness and health. Well--this is a very
slow day. I'm trying to read some law which is pretty technical,
on affirmative action plans, what is permissible and what not.
