Jun 18, 1852 in Jasper County, MS, d. Mar 18, 1928.  They lived in Jasper County, MS., until August 1873 at which time they moved to Atlanta, Columbia County, AR. In 1880 they moved to Bosque County, TX. Mary Elizabeth was the dau. of Jacob and Mary E. Hawthorne Blackwell. Both bur. Prairie Grove Cemetery, Aquilla, Hill County, TX.
