Catching Fire, Embracing Your Vision Though Yoga

In the fall of 2013 I drove up to the Omega Institute in New York for a yoga workshop with Desiree Rumbaugh, Elena Brower and Sianna Sherman.  I had taken workshops with all three instructors before but had never been to the Omega Institute.  It was a beautiful setting with a crispness to the air in the fall, I was Nirvana, literally, for I stayed in the Nirvana cabin.  It was an interesting workshop with the three teachers handing off from one to another.  I enjoyed Ddesiree's energy, Sianna's wisdom and philosophy but didn't get much into Elena's journaling and feeling.  It was a really nice experience.
