Moderately slow day. At 2:30 I'm going to an in-house education
presentation on "Wellness." Baptist is very big on education and
all employees are mandated to get a certain number of hours per year.
They make it easy by providing a lot of in-house presentations. I
helped with some of the research on this one, so I thought I would go.
I probably don't need the hours this year, but it will be interesting.
Next week we have a counselor coming who is known nationwide for his
work primarily on grief counseling, although he calls his special area
the "loss of dreams." He came last year to Montgomery before I was
at Baptist and I came to a presentation out here at the Psych Clinic
which he gave on the same topic. What I like is that he
incorporates music into his work. I seem to think I've already
written you about him coming, when I first found out.
Sounds as if you are as busy as I am. I feel a little frayed
because last night I got a lot of new material in class (the final is
Monday), but fortunately I found out the exam is short answer and not
essay.
That means I'll just have to grind into my mind what in law are known as

"writing" fluidly and literately. (Law school is big on writing).
Just about everything in law has elements. For example, a
prenuptial agreement must have X number of "elements" which it must meet
under the law to be enforceable.

Good morning, I was real busy yesterday and didn't get a chance to
write. Today I am leaving to go downtown to the ATF around 9am so
thought I would send a quick note. Your Nada message ended with
"I'm..." I assumed you got interrupted and couldn't finish it. I
plan to leave early from the ATF this afternoon and meet Julie and then
go to her Father's place in Delaware for the weekend. Julie is
presenting on a panel on Therapist and Suicide downtown so I'll meet her
and we will leave from there.
Have to go, till Monday.
