Subject: Re: Time Change
I take to the time change OK. I do use an alarm although I typically
wake up about 6:30 anyway. The time change actually works better
for me because I have two "living" alarm clocks called cats. They
both try to get me up when it becomes daylight so that gets earlier an
earl. They were starting to get me up at 6am when I wanted to get up at
6:30 so the time change works Ok. It looks like I won't have to
the job that required me to be downtown all the time. The new ATF
task should come through next week and it will mostly be done at our
office. It will require a couple of trips to Cincinnati (one next
thurs-fri) and then later on a couple of trips to Falling Waters WV
(about a 3 hr drive). Not much else going on, Julie and I did go
down to the tidal basin and see the cherry blossoms this past Saturday.
It finally got warm enough for the fish to wake up so I changed the
water in the outside fish pool I put in last year. There was a
good article in Wired about the use of email in the corporate
environment and how it can/can-not be used in court cases, employee
rights, etc. I have only been with one company long enough to become
vested in the retirement program, 5 years and they laid everyone off in
my fifth year. It takes 6 years to become fully vested in my
current job, I find it hard to believe I'll be here that long but it
would be good to be vested. The company adds quite a bit of $ and
stock to the program including 50 cents for each dollar I put in my
401K. Well that's about all. Larry
