Did you get a chance to watch the women's soccer match. It was
virtually a stand off. I goofed up and missed the first half
because I thought it would be on the Sports Channel at 3:30 but it
started on another channel at 2:30. But, there was no scoring, in
fact not throughout the whole game. The game was settled by
alternating five kicks between teams at the end. The U.S. goalie
managed to deflect one, which allowed the U.S. to win. I also
watched Savage Seas last night on PBS and it was really good, I thought.
I don't know what's happening out at my apts. I finally called the
zoning board about the people (the governor) running offices out of the
complex. They promised to do an inspection, but thought it was a
little of a gray area because the people are actually living out there.
Whatever the case, it was pretty quite this weekend. Also, my
water pipe neighbors--they have been gone a week--then this weekend I
saw them carrying out HUGE bags of stuff to the garbage bin--then they
were not there anymore this weekend. They left a huge trail of
garbage sludge down the stairs. They may be moving BECAUSE the new
neighbor downstairs to me is black. They are such rednecks, they
are probably fleeing. I think the new black neighbor is possibly a
college student. Whatever the case he leaves his pair of
Birkenstocks by his outside door, so he's probably more with it than my
redneck neighbors. When she leaves in the morning she has the most
overpowering ghastly perfume on. It is gagging. I don't know
where she works, but in most places that isn't tolerated anymore.
He works in a gravel pit. I'm very tired from feeling I am in a
routine of work/school/study. I can feel myself rebelling. I
was very good and studied most of Sat. except for the soccer match, but
Sunday I was just burnt out. It is 3-4 weeks until finals. I
feel a conflict because I want more "adventure" in my life, but on the
other hand, I don't like to take risks or be in danger, so even some of
the things I did when younger don't feel as safe. Sorry, I've got
a call
More problems with neighbors, seems like it never ends with Elizabeth. I sometimes wondered if there was anyone that she got along with.
