I don't know where the X-files is leading. If this is the last
season, I wonder what the shows will lead up to. Lately though, I
haven't heard much about it being the last season. I hadn't heard
about the new Sci Fi channel show. Is it one you might want to
watch regularly? The only shows I'm (still) watching regularly are
X-files and The Practice. Nothing else has hooked me. I
dropped ER for the most part. That happened I think last year.
Long before that I dropped NYPD. If you rented the lock house,
would that be a place to live full time, and would you let go of your
current place? I wasn't clear about whether it would be driving
distance. Nothing much here either. I've just about finished
Toxin by Robin Cook. I'm still walking at the mall, which is
proving really, really good for me. Work is a TOTAL drag (I'm
exaggerating some); my interests are all with law school.
The local paper did a big write up on DVD players. Are you
enjoying yours?
Prompted by your comments about buying The Matrix[1]
I rented and watched the movie, but I also rented American History X.
Well, I think I may try and move my car, as I'm parked in a "end zone."
I don't know if they are enforcing the tickets are not, but a few weeks
ago I got several and got scared they might tow my car. Its
hospital property, and I don't know what the big deal is. The
"spot" I park in, really should be a legit spot. It has lines on
three sides, but the parking crew didn't draw the one last line, leaving
it open, so I always get a ticket when I park there. Elizabeth
[1] I couldn’t find in my emails mentioning
The Matrix movie,
likely an email that got lost. The Matrix came out in 1999 and was a
amazing movie about virtual reality. The Matrix is considered to be
among the greatest science fiction films of all time, definitely one of
mine favorite movies.
