Subject: Re: Snow and more Snow
I heard on the radio this morning that Washington was expecting 10
inches this week and that "Washington doesn't handle snow well."
It sounds like you do fine with your 4 wheeler, but have you heard about
the awful accidents. There was one I think in Missouri where
several people where killed when 25 cars piled up. It is "friggin"
cold here too; to me it feels colder than I've ever known it here.
I didn't run the heat last night while sleeping though, so it's still
not too bad. I did run it up until bedtime, but I can't stand
leaving it on because it dries out my throat terribly.
There has even been a mention of snow. Did you read Green Mile? I
tried to get it in the library, but apparently it was a serialized book
and not all the parts were in--mainly part one and two. SO--any
chance you recall that quote when the guard flipped out? Was the
prison in AL or Louisiana though?
I thought it was Louisiana for some reason? I must have missed
something.
When you first talked about AOL, I thought it was another contract for
your present job? Is this a new job altogether? I can't
believe you hopping around! I tell you, I have a "good job" esp. for
this area, because salaries are SO low here, but I'm about to go "crazy"
at times. Its not the job, but the routine of coming in every day
that absolutely fatigues me for some reason. I went to the doctors
to get a mole removed because when I walk it is getting irritated, as it
is on my leg. They checked my BP and I was happy to see it was
quite normal. That's probably the walking. It was getting a
little borderline high, but now its fine. Well, it sounds like you
might have a snowy week. There was a picture on the CNN website a
few days back of a snowman with the capital dome in the background.
It was rather cute. I watched a number of "old" movies this
weekend, some which I'd never seen. One was a crazy 60ish film
called "The Presidents Analyst."
It was REALLY 60ish. Also, I discovered I'd never seen "Out Man
Flynt"
which has the same actor in it, and it is coming on this week, so I'm
going to try and catch that as well. With only one class this
term, I can watch a few movies. Elizabeth
