I'm happy to hear that about Banff. Part of me was afraid you might write back and say it was over commercialized or something like that.  I imagine it is commercialized, but I think you know what I mean.  Also, given the $$ I'm plonking down for the trip, I hope the views are spectacular. 
 
Did your company only fund individuals to take the trip or did people bring their spouses or significant others?
