Elizabeth,
   Banff was amazing, I had never stayed in a 5 star resort before.  The views were amazing.  I did a go to Lake Louise and did a bit of hiking there but otherwise I just did some hiking about  the hotel area.
 
   I have done workshops with Rodney Yee and Elena Brower.   I did the workshop with Rodney Yee was right after they mentioned him in Time Magazine and he was interviewed by Opera in which she called him a "stud muffin".  He was a disappointment, his ego was way to big.  I have done two workshops with Elena and although she was very grounded, she also was a disappointment.  I have done workshops with quite a number of other yoga “masters” who I felt were much better and who I learned a lot more from.
