Here she is replying to something evidently I said in a previous email that I didn’t save.

Capturing Inner Light
Larry,
That is almost too funny about your brother suggesting living together.
I would imagine that even if you were very, very compatible over both
short and long terms, that you wouldn't want that.
I remember doing annoying things when I came to stay with you for my
D.C. vacation--I kept forgetting not to put your ceramic mugs in the
microwave, and I detached your measuring spoons from each other, and
screwed up your entertainment remote. But those were the only
things I recall you mentioning, so you might have been gritting your
teeth silently about other things for all I knew! Also, I didn't
realize it would be pitch dark on the bus ride back to your condo.
Whereas I was confident I could visually recognize where to get off in
the daylight, at night I couldn't tell where in the heck I was, so I
grossly underestimated the distance and got off in some eerie spot a
long way away, and you had to make a special trip out to rescue me.
Oh, I also found out the other day that the "old post office" that you
took me to visit when I was in D.C., because of the great view,
was recently bought by Trump. He has converted it somehow to an
upscale place, so I'm glad I got to see it when I had the chance.
My physician mentioned Meniere's as another ear condition which causes
vertigo, and described it a bit, but then said what I had was the BPV
with the displaced crystal. I've now read that the head maneuvers
"cure it" about 85% of the time, so I don't know why he just didn't do
it in the office, as it is quite simple. He did just say that
people tried exercises, and showed me how to sway back and forth moving
the head. It is a bit more detailed than that though. It is
called "canolith repositioning"--lith being stone or crystal in the ear
canal. I tried it on my own several times, but don't know if I got
it right enough to help it go away (mostly) or whether it resolved on
its own. I wondered if you might have learned the maneuver in your
yoga therapeutics classes. I still am having a tiny bit of
vertigo, but mostly if I do something like roll over to reach and turn
out my reading lamp at night, or stay bent over too long doing whatever.
I haven't solved my cooking, shopping for food, keeping the kitchen not
a mess, and still trying to eat fairly healthy meals, food dilemma.
I think I spend too much time in the kitchen, but I also realized that
the difference is that I'm home all day, for Breakfast, Lunch, and
Dinner, not like when I was working.
