In
October of 2005 Susan Van Nuys and a group of students from the Health Advantage
Yoga Center (HAYC) went to Mahone Bay Nova Scotia for a Yoga Vacation.
The choice of Mahone Bay was due to the group meeting Phyllis Wiseman at
the yearly HAYC yoga vacation in
Puerto Morales
Mexico in February 2005. Phyllis owns a B&B call
the Three Thistles in Mahone Bay and invited us all up. We all
arrived in Mahone Bay and had perfect weather and a wonderful time.
Over the course of the next few days we went hiking, kayaking, saw the scarecrows
and pumpkins and experienced the tides come in and out. Click on the
