Anusara Yoga Weekend with Jamie Allison at HAYC

Brochures for workshops often showed the guest teacher doing some amazing pose. I suppose it was to inspire but sometimes it was a bit daunting. I could not do the pose Jamie is doing below but I could do the pose Justin is doing, Mayurasana or peacock pose. At six foot two and long legs I had quite a tail.
