I got back from lunch and found your message waiting so I thought I
would write one last message before I go. I'm still not feeling well and
I can use it as an excuse to get out even earlier.
I have read many articles about the health risks of the "herbal"
medications and I agree that many are risky. DHEA and melatonin are
naturally produced by the body but the levels decrease as one get older.
In the articles there are some doctors that swear they do more good then
harm but there still seems some uncertainty about the long term effects.
I find that DHEA seems to energize me and I seem to heal quicker from
injuries. The main benefit of melatonin is helping with sleep and some
studies with rats show that it makes you live longer. I'll let you know
in about 30 years.
Yes, I have one of those sport utility vehicles, a
Ford Explorer. It
will be 5 years old this Memorial Day and I love it. I find the 4 wheel
drive useful in the snow and when I take the scouts camping which means
I use the 4 wheel drive about 6-8 times a year. I do find having it more
useful for hauling stuff around, like firewood, and 100 gal. aquariums!
It has proved to be very useful hauling our daughter's stuff back and
forth from school over the years.
I didn't know there was a Titanic Exhibit. It will probably come to the
DC area and I will have to go.
Finals! Ugh! That is one thing I don't miss about school. I really like
the classes, projects and studies but not Finals.
No, I never knew how to hack into the UF grades.
Well I am feeling tired so I out of here.
