Subject: Just Now
Just now had time to get your last note, but I don't have time to read
it. I'm printing it to take with me. A very busy day.
Quite typical, but I've been spoiled at times over the last few weeks
with slow days.
Nothing much new to write, anyway. I was reading about Paul M's
wife dying, and thinking about her vegetarianism--trying to do right by
her body and by the world, and so much evidence of cancer supposedly
points to meat and fat and other evil substances. She really did
not live long after diagnosis, which is rather surprising, because many
women are living much longer than she did, and I'm sure she probably (I
assume) had the best care. However, she might have not chosen to
do chemo etc.
I haven't seen any details.
I'm looking forward to Friday night 9:31 P.M., the minute my exam is
over. The prof has guaranteed us we probably can't finish it in
three hours.
More tomorrow. I didn't even get my 2:00 p.m. mail today and only
had a
15 minute lunch.
Later. Elizabeth
