I have not had any stomach problems with ibuprofen which is one reason
why I like it. I use to take regular aspirin (Buffern) and
sometimes had stomach problems. I often have stomach issues with
spicy food although it doesn't stop me from eating it. I usually
take Mylanta for it. I now also sometimes take Pepcide which cuts
down on the stomach acid. Lately it has been much better, I only
had to take something once a week or so.
Yes, Mother Earth brings back some memories. There is a place just
like it in Blacksburg, VA where our daughter went to school. We
always went there when we went down to visit her. It really felt
strange to sit in such a place with all the college students and have
breakfast.
Bikes come in various frame sizes. I have the largest frame size
for the model I got. Even still I have to raise the seat up pretty
much to it's max. Between bicycling and racquetball I stay in
pretty good shape. When I go out for a Saturday or Sunday bike
ride I will do about a 12-14 mph pace (on my hybrid) for 30-50 miles.
On my road bike I do more of a 14-18 mph pace. 40 miles usually
takes about three hours on the hybrid.
I am trying to find someone up here who recorded Merlin, it sounds like
it was a good show.
I just spent the last two hours updating my boss updating him on what is
going on. He just got back yesterday as his wife got out of ICU
and is doing fine. She is expected to have a full recovery by end
of summer. Good news. During lunch I plan to go to the
computer store and get a couple of books on some of the things I am
working on. I always debate whether to let the company pay for
them or to buy them myself. If I let the company buy them then
they belong to the company. If I pay for them then they belong to
me which is usually what I opt for.
Were you serious about writing a book together?
