That's OK, my ACM account is a forwarding account so I got the message, it just forwards mail to where I specify.  I it good to have because I give the email address to people and if I change jobs I just change the forwarding.  Yes, I always remembered you as being an "overachiever" when it came to thing you apply yourself to. My daughter Anne had a similar problem with Vet school.  Finally in her second year she came to realize that in the end she would be still "Dr. Mixson" even if she wasn't at the top of her class.  It made it much easier for her.
