Subject: Two Down, One to Go
What's up? I'm in the midst of finals, as I had one last night,
Mon., and then I have one Wed. I left work a little early and went
straight to the library before the test, which was at 6. The
student gov. has decided this year to "bring in food" before the exams
for everyone. In the past they had a big bash at a local hangout
on the last night of finals, but sometimes that wasn't fair as it would
be on Friday, but people would still have a Mon. final. So this
year they decided to bring in food every night for the entire week.
Last night was pizza. I was wary about eating pizza before an
exam, but when I smelled it I realized I was very hungry, so it hit the
spot.
Not much else of note. My impatiens plants are doing well. I
potted them in a rush the last day of spring break. Fortunately
they are hardy so less than gentle repotting doesn't seem to hurt very
much.
I had an amaryllis which finally decided to bloom again. I think
it was the bulb from about two Christmases ago--it is hard to get them
to bloom for a long time after they first bloom. It has been so
pretty all week as it is a peppermint stripe color. I noticed last
night it was finally "gone" but it has been so gorgeous. Well,
have to go. Not much to say. Elizabeth
