Work has been really crazy. The installation in Cincinnati has
been having problems, mainly the customer wanting a whole lot of
enhancements and changes after the system has been installed. They
basically didn't review the documentation we sent them weeks ago but
waited until it was installed to see how it works and now are saying
"but the system needs to do this...". I'm leaving tonight to go to
Colorado for three days for the USDA project to determine the
requirements for Phase II. Fortunately I haven't been needed for
the courts project. I may still get involved but I don't know
when. It sounds like your work is real variable going from a lot
to do to a little to do.
I have read Stephenson's "The Diamond Age" which was pretty good and of
course "Snow Crash" which I thought was great. I have read about
his new book "Cryptonomicon" but haven't gotten to the book store to get
a copy. Your, right is massive, 900+ pages. I went to the
video store and had a hard time finding anything worth seeing. I
finally got Enemy of the State and some sci-fi movie which was only
fair.
I'm sure my taking two yoga classes has something to do with my liking
Susan my instructor but I also have really gotten into the yoga. I
practice two or three night a week at home. In many ways it
reminds me of when I took dance class and how much I enjoyed that. The
second class is not taught by Susan but another instructor I haven't met
yet. Yes sex these days is a risky thing, I have not had to
worry about that for the past 20 years only being with Julie who I'm
sure has been monogamous. If I get divorced and start dating again then
I'll really have to figure out what and how to deal with the AIDS thing.
Good news about the accreditation. Well until next week, Larry.
