Elizabeth,
  The Banff trip was not something I planned.   Every year the company recognizes top employees with what they call the Eagle Club Retreat and I was selected.  It is 4 days which includes a banquet with the CEO and other top executives and some other time with them but also include 2 days to do what every we want and which the company provides an expense account for.  I am still trying to decide what activities I want to do.  It should be fun.
