More Yoga

I continued to take two regular yoga classes a week, a level three class with Susan and a second class with Doug Keller and I continued to teach the level one class at the Herndon Community Center.  But that wasn’t enough, it seemed that almost every weekend one of the yoga centers in the area was having a yoga weekend workshop with some special guest yogi.  In March I went to a weekend workshop with John Friend in Potomac Maryland. In April learned a considerable amount about scoliosis from a workshop on how to use yoga to help with scoliosis with Elise Browning Miller. In June Desiree returned for a weekend at HAYC and I loved every minute of her teaching.
