2003 started with the my first HAYC trip to Mexico in February with Susan Van Nuys.  There was a great group of people and I had a good time.

In September I spent a week at Inner Harmony with John Friend.  We did a lot of yoga, hour meditation in the morning, breakfast then three hour class.  Lunch and afternoon break comming back for another three hour class.
