I tried several different ways to get back into the Myers-Briggs test as
the URL is a mile long with tildas and everything. The most direct
way seems to be to go to Yahoo and type Carl Jung Anthology. That
will get you to the page that has "MBTI test" as a choice. I got
in through an Alabama Public Library Service site initially, but went
through several layers.
Tuscaloosa is a sister city to a city in Japan and every year they hold
a Sakura festival. I entered the Haiku contest once, but did not win.
The city actually has a few cherry trees, but I don't recall seeing
them. It is probably lovely to see an abundance of them. Are
they pink or white or red? Despite my ambivalence to Alabama,
nothing can rival the wild dogwoods, although Montgomery has assiduously
moved to virtually eradicate all their's with parking lots. Still,
on the city interstate there are stretches which I quite enjoy. They
bloom at the same time as something called the plum tree and at this
time parts of the city are quite pretty (only parts.)
I often wonder about the psychology of typos. I'm not sure about
the internet/interesting one.
I had a l/2 (one-half) x rated dream about you last night. I think
it reflects the emotional bonding and intellectual bonding I have
experienced with you.
If you see or search out Boogie nights, be aware it does have a moderate
degree of what might be considered porn, but the way it portrays the
70's is very good. I feel as if I knew people like those in the
film.
Montgomery has an Air Force college, in fact THE Air Force College for
officers. Every year they hold a gigantic computer technology
fair. I got invited once via the public library. The avidity
of those attending was something to see. I don't think I
appreciated how computerized the whole war and military game has begun.
Mostly I picked up freebies and registered for notebook computers, as I
absolutely crave having one.
Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring seems simple to me. I might look for
the music. I don't know about my computer and sound cards. I
lost a letter in which I asked you about that. Sometimes when I go
into a web site I get "music." For example, you might like to go
to a site called Nine Gates. I let the music play for a while just
out of the novelty.
I am going to try to write only once a day, but then I think, oh maybe
twice because I like to write at the last part of the day. My work
is under control. The public library system in Montgomery is the
pits and the people are very ignorant--I want to say retards--but that
is politically incorrect. There is a very important lawsuit going
on right now in which some citizens in Pennsylvania? are suing the
public library for restricting internet web site access. I am
avidly following it. You might want to check out that Cyber Law
Journal column in the New York Times.
Until later.
A “a l/2 (one-half) x rated dream about” me, oh
my god, what was I to think of that. At least it only reflected, “the
emotional bonding and intellectual bonding she had experienced with me”.
And then she goes on about porn. Yeah, right. I didn’t want to go down
that path, I had sexual enough issues with my wife and I had no such
thoughts for her. If anything, I still had dreams about
chasing her Volkswagen
van down the road that cold rainy night.
Wow is she condescending about the people in Montgomery, but she had
always been that way towards anyone she didn’t think was as intelligent
as she was, it got her fired from more than one job. I am surprised she
wasn’t that way towards me, I would not call myself an intellectual, and
I never considered myself as smart or as knowledgeable as she was, so I
was never really sure what she saw in a simple country boy like me.
