You will not believe the King Arthur stuff on the internet. I
found a site by a student who did his thesis on visual images of King
Arthur in film, etc. He has links to these other incredible sites.
It is totally amazing. I wish I had a couple of hours to peruse it
all. After seeing Merlin, and even more especially after hearing
Campbell, I became intrigued by the legend. I was going to get the
most well known version "The Death of Arthur" by Mallory from the
library, but it's on the internet in entirety. Well, just a short
note to convey my excitement.
It is interesting that my first thought is still and usually "a book" on
the subject, but I have to remember what may be on the net. You've
probably gone for the day, which I will be in 30 minutes.
