I'm out of here in just a few minutes, but wanted to say hello.  I've been rather rushed because before I knew I was going with the Sierra Club (I've decided to go) I had made an ophthalmology appointment for 7:45 this morning.  I had to leave the house early, and got in work late as well.  I'm looking forward to the trip so much, and I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible in terms of packing, but nevertheless I have to take sleeping stuff, as there are no linens there, etc. 
 
After getting the snafu straightened out about my grade--guess what--I got an A.  I was rather pleasantly shocked.  There were only 7 A's, my friend, the woman with whom I talk quite a bit, also got an A.  We are both ecstatic.  There were about 13 D's and I think 6 or so F's and a boatload of C's.  I'm pleased and it's good news to go off on the weekend with.
