1984 Volvo 240 GL

In 1984 Julie and I bought a Vovlo 240GL.  It was interesting at the time we went to an american car dealer and they said something like "you will probably only have the car for three years and then trade it in".  The Volvo dealer on the other hand said "you probably will have this car for 10 years".   Well the Volvo dealer was closer.  Julie was still driving the car in 2000, 16 years later.  It had over 240,000 miles.  The photo above is one listed for sale.  Ours was the same.
